Extremely helpful staff, top location next to the centre, the Waverly train station and shops/restaurants. Early check-in and perfect customer service. It was such wonderful experience, the hotel had excellent pool, convenient parking and amazing views.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, very good service provided. Marvellous room, bed was very clean plus there was an upgraded bathroom. The breakfast was above average, with friendly efficient staff and plenty of food. Restaurant in property was wonderful and the pool area was clean. Great value and a brilliant experience...

The rooms were ordinary and ordinary, the food was tasty. It was a peaceful stay, people were so very helpful. Fab location - next to a parish church. Great value, I would recommend this place.
